In memory of Layla
Cindy du Bois du Héron.
Layla, a Golden Retriever lady had been our best companion for over 14 years. She took care of me when I was severely ill and brought a lot happiness, love, joy and fun in our family affairs. Just as our former dog "Belle", we will miss her forever and and never forget her. You can see her relaxing on her favourite place , the couch on the veranda.

What's goin' on?
Well you know I make part of the Baby Boomers Generation. The Baby Boomers were born between 1946 and 1964. So of course I grew up without computing devices, internet, mobile phones and social networking sites. Different values and goals. no Google. What a pity! But at least we had a Summer 67 and Woodstock Music & Art Fair - 3 Days of Peace & Music.
My place of work is the Centre National de Formation Professionnelle Continue in Esch-sur-Alzette. Aside from that I give courses to different audiences at the Centre Pénitentiaire de Luxembourg in Schrassig and in my municipality of Schifflange.
I teach particularly Elementary and Intermediate English and all levels of Luxemburgish, recognized by the Service de la Formation des Adultes. I'll try to share interesting stuff with my students on this site. This Website will be at least tri-lingual because talking to people in Luxemburgish, French or German, sometimes in English is a part of everyday life in our country. Luxemburg City is a quite comsmopolitan city.
On the other hand I also teach general accountancy in French using the accounting software GESALL by Telindus S.A. and BOB50 by Sage.
In a socio-cultural spot thoughts about life together, political participation and a respectful interaction with others. As well honesty is the best policy.
